Coding for Federal and Commercial Entities

Solutions & Service

M1’s Coding Division provides both onsite and remote coding. Often facilities have a need for coding coverage either for an employee vacation or long-term coding coverage until a full-time coder is hired. M1 responds quickly to immediate coding needs to prevent further coding backlog.

As your needs increase or decrease M1 provides a Coding Manager to individually select from M1’s team of Certified Coders. Work flow assignment is communicated from your Coding Director/Manager to ours and coding is distributed to ensure a timely turnaround time and we recognize additional coding requirements to maintain a reduction in backlogs. This is part of NetScript’s Unmatched Client Service and is a huge benefit to any facility or clinic.

M1 coders have over 10-20 years’ experience. All M1’s coders have met the required training for ICD-10-CM/ICD-10-PCS. In addition, many of our coders are Certified ICD-10-CM/PCS AHIMA Approved Trainers.

Our Credentialed requirements will meet or exceed the standards set by your facility. M1’s Certified Coding Team is selected based on number of years’ experience, type of coding and credential holder by either AHIMA or AAPC: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P, CPC-H, CPC, & ASC’s.

Our standards for coding accuracy is 95% and our Compliance Team reviews all coders work 100% during the initial training phase. M1 continues excellence by continuing to provide monthly and quarterly reviews based on volume and type of coding.

* Please ask about our Compliance Coding Audits for any internal needs you may have for your own coder.

M1 has worked with large system hospital to critical access facilities in addition to multiple specialty physician clinics. Regardless if the facilities documentation is a total electronic medical record (EMR), or hybrid record (scanned documents plus EMR) NetScript’s expert coding team can navigate and access the entities software.  M1 has years of experience with most encoders and abstracting systems.

M1’s Coding Division provides the following Coding Services:
